Everything was fine until the socks smelled like cheese 🧀🧦

Plot twist: I just needed to be folded like a lawn chair and now I'm thriving In all seriousness, the last few days were really scary. We had no idea what was going on, and of course, our minds went to the worst-case scenario. The look in Tucker's eyes told us he was in a lot of pain, and we felt helpless not knowing what was wrong. It was such a relief to see the light come back into his eyes after his chiropractic adjustment...the difference was immediate. We still don't know exactly what happened, but we think he may have jumped off the bed and landed wrong, possibly throwing his neck or back out and pinching a nerve. That would explain the sudden pain and stiffness. We're just so grateful he's doing better now. He has a few more adjustments scheduled to support his healing, and we're hopeful he'll be back to swimming soon! We did have to take Gator back home so Tucker could rest, which means a few fun videos we planned will have to wait. But Tucker's health always comes first 🩵

Our Tucker is officially 7 🥹 Not going to lie, I sobbed the entire time making this. I wish so badly I could slow down time and keep him with me forever. The white hairs on his face constantly reminding me to cherish every single moment to the fullest. Words will never be able to describe how much I love this boy. I swear he can feel everything I feel, his eyes reading every thought, his heart healing mine. He’s healed wounds in me that I didn’t even know existed. I think you all can feel this special gift too…even through the screen of your phone. That he is truly a one of a kind dog. He came into this world to bring joy, love, and laughter, and boy did he deliver. This isn’t meant to be sad but birthdays for dogs are bittersweet for all of us. We know forever isn’t possible, but we also recognize that aging is a privilege. Tucker is a healthy happy dude with SO much life left. I tell him everyday that he has to stay with me at least until 14. So we made a deal and shook paw on it 😂 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving him all these years. Some of you have been here since the very beginning. We love you so much 🩵
