#ad AD | What being strong for life means to me :) I always say that if I’m even half the woman my mum is when I’m her age, I’ll have done life right. Because, without being cringe, she really is my biggest role model. SO I’m really grateful to @hollandandbarrett for getting me and my mum involved with their #BeStrongForLife campaign because making this video made me feel so incredibly proud of the lessons my mum has taught me. It also made me appreciate how the things we do now will impact our future selves and how they’ll inevitably shape what makes us strong for life too :)) Because life isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about showing up every day and appreciating the little things. #ad

One degree show later ….
