I’ve been so locked in building a new character for a new chapter, I didn’t even realize I created a whole new book for this version of myself. Striving to be the best version of ME is the best gift of self love I’ve ever given to myself. I have one life to live - I want to push myself past all the limits that have been set externally & internally. One thing I know for sure by now is how rewarding tuning out the outside world and truly taping in with yourself is. we’re 6 months into 2025 and I don’t remember the last time I had this much peace in my life. I spend most of my days by myself. My work feels more powerful & impactful than it ever has. I’m obsessed with my new home & city and beyond proud of myself for uprooting my life and moving to another country across the world. I’ve never been so locked in with my mental & physical health. I’m taking care of myself in ways I never have. And I’m allowing myself to feel everything that comes up along the way. YOU ARE ENOUGH. You are worth devotion.
