Chocolate ganache 1 cup chocolate chips 1.5 cups heavy cream Heat cream in a sauce pot over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Place your chocolate chips in a bowl and pour hot cream over the top. Let it sit for 5 min. Stir until combined and smooth and let it come to room temperature.
