Ingredients 600g raw chicken breast (sliced into strips) 1 brown onion (thinly sliced) 1 red pepper (thinly sliced) 1 green pepper (thinly sliced) 25g cornflour 60ml light soy sauce 1/2 tbsp olive oil Handful of spring onion (sliced) 2 small chillies (diced) 6 garlic cloves (diced) For the chips 1kg raw white potatoes (chip shapes) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Salt and Pepper Seasoning Mix 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp chinese five spice 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 tsp MSG 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for desired heat level) 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes (adjust for desired heat level) Oven cooking instructions - 200°C for 20 mins, remove and flip the chips. Place back in with the chicken for a further 15-20 mins. Air fryer cooking instructions - 200°C for 15 mins, remove and flip the chips.
