Airfryer Pizza Toastie 🍕🍞🤤 If you’ve not had a pizza Toastie then you’re probably missing out, so easy to make. I usually make pizza bagels but this is a nice change Ingredients - 2 slices of bread - Cheddar or mozzarella - Pepperoni - Few tbsp Pizza sauce or passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 1/2 tsp Garlic optional - 1 tsp Italian dry herbs 🌿 Method. 1. Mix the pizza sauce, garlic and herbs spread over the bread 2. Top with cheese and pepperoni 3. To stop the pepperoni blowing off use cocktail sticks to keep them in place 4. Airfry for 7 mins or so at 180 You could also skip the pepperoni and just do it with veg. Slowcooker Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles 🍜🍯 502 cals a serving Here’s a recipe that’s going to save you ordering a takeaway throughout the next few months. Serves 4 but I usually do 3 extra large portions. My new Slowcooker book Six Ingredient Slowcooker is £10 and it’s out now so grab that if you love easy slowcooker recipes. Ingredients - 400g of chicken thigh - 6-7 tbsp dark soy sauce (reduced salt) - 7 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp cornflour / tbsp water - Garlic 🧄 (lots) - 4 tbsp sriracha 🌶️ - 100ml of chicken 🍗 - 200g of noodles - 1 tbsp of hoisin 🥄 - 1 tbsp ginger How to? 1. Add everything to the slowcooker for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 on low, stir chicken and slightly break it up 2. Toss in cooked noodles and spring onions 3. Airfryer Nando’s Chicken & Halloumi Roll Fakeaway 🍗 578 cals Such a quick and easy one but really hits the spot. I’m always waiting for a table at Nando’s for at least 45 mins, Deliveroo is even worse maybe it’s just Belfast 😅anyway.. Ps I have an Airfryer cookbook Recipe - Coat 2 flattened chicken breasts in 3 tbsp of your favourite Nando’s sauce - Coat 4-5 halloumi slices in 1 tbsp of the sauce - Add garlic butter to your ciabatta rolls 1. Add chicken to the airfryer for 10 mins at 200 2. After 10 mins add the halloumi for 3 mins 3. After a total of 13 mins so 10 for the chicken and 3 for halloumi add your bread roll for 2 minutes and everything’s ready together 😁 4. Top the ciabatta roll with lettuce, sweet mayo, your chicken and halloumi. Slowcooker Creamy Chicken, Chorizo & Sundried Tomato Pasta 🍝🍅 Three steps and ONE POT👌🏻My most popular recipe EVER watched 250 million times, perfect for meal prep. PS I have 3 Slowcooker Cookbooks out so go and grab one, the latest is Six Ingredient Slowcooker! 1. To your Slowcooker add - 3 x chicken breasts - 100g cooked chorizo - 2 tbsp pesto I used sundried tomato 🍅 - Handful of sundried tomatoes - 5 x sliced garlic cloves - 150ml of chicken stock - Tsp basil 🍃 2. Cook on high for 2.5 hours then add 350g dry penne pasta 🍝 with 500ml of chicken stock. - Cook again on high for 45 minutes, if you can stir after 30 minutes do so. 3. 2 Ingredient Flatbreads 🥙   Why pay money for flatbreads at a supermarket when you can make them yourself using only two ingredients? Perfect to serve with a curry on a cold day, or they are great when packed with your favourite sandwich fillings.    Ingredients:  - 280g Self Raising Flour  - 250g Greek Yoghurt (I used 0% fat)     Method:    1. Add your self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt to a bowl and combine with a fork. Dust your surface with some flour and knead the mixture for a few minutes.   2. Form a ball with the dough and flatten. Cut the ball into four or eight (depending how small you like the flatbreads)  3. Flatten using a rolling pin and then transfer onto pan (medium-high heat). Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.   4. Slowcooker Chilli Beef Macaroni & Cheese Melt 🌶️ 🧀 497 cals If a Chilli Con Carne, Macaroni & Cheese had a baby this is what it would be, it’s a real favourite of mine. For a full book of macro counted slowcooker recipes, Six Ingredient Slowcooker is £10 and OUT NOW 📕 Serves: 5 Ingredients - 400g lean beef mince - 700g passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 3 garlic cloves, grated or chopped - Handful of fresh coriander, chopped, plus extra to garnish - 1 red chilli, sliced - 1 onion, chopped - 1 packet of chilli con carne spice mix (or you can make your own) - 700ml chicken stock - 400g tin of kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 red pepper, chopped - 250g dried macaroni  - 120g Cheddar cheese (reduced fat if you can), grated Salt and pepper, to taste Method 1. Ideally brown the mince but if not, Add the beef mince, passata, tomato purée, garlic, half the coriander, the chilli, onion, chilli con carne spice mix and salt and pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.  2. Add the stock, kidney beans, red pepper and macaroni and cook on high for a further 45 minutes. If cooking on low, you’ll need to leave it for closer to 1 hour to cook the pasta.  3. Air Fryer Cheeseburger Bowl 🍔    Serves 3 494 Calories    If you’re craving a burger but want abetter version, here is one of my go-to meals I prepare. Crispy cubed potatoes in the airfryer with a cheeseburger topping!   Ingredients:      600g golden baby potatoes   500g lean beef mince (I used 5% fat) 50ml beef stock    1 tbsp tomato purée   1 tsp mustard   1 tbsp paprika   100g reduced fat cheese    Iceburg lettuce, sliced   8 cherry tomatoes, diced   30g crinkle cut gherkins     For the sauce:  3x tbsp light mayo  1 tbsp tomato ketchup (less sugar & salt)  1 tsp mustard  1 tsp garlic puree  Dash of gherkin juice    Method:    1. Chop your potatoes into small cubes and pop into a bowl with some oil, cajun, salt, pepper and give it a good mix. Airfry for 20 minutes at 200. 
 2. While that is cooking prepare your mince by cooking it in a man (medium heat) with some oil, salt, pepper and cajun. When its starting to brown add 1 heaped tablespoon of tomato puree with 1 tsp of mustard and 50ml beef stock. Give it a good mix until fully cooked. 
 3. Prepare your burger sauce by mixing the ingredients above in a small bowl 
 4. Slowcooker Beef Bourguignon - 502 cals serves 6 🥩 Honestly one of my favourite stews this time of year, soft beef with bacon, mushrooms & carrots in a rich red wine gravy. Ingredients - 1Kg diced beef - 200g bacon 🥓 - 1 tbsp butter (to seal the beef in) - 450g button mushrooms left whole - 3 carrots chopped - 2 shallots - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 2 bay leaves - 4 crushed garlic cloves - Fresh Rosemary or thyme - Salt and pepper - 250ml red wine - Beef stock, with very little liquid - 1 tbsp cornflour - Fresh parsley to garnish - Serve with 150g mash Method 1. If you have time, brown the beef and cook the bacon 2. Add all ingredients to the slowcooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours (the mushrooms will reduce greatly in size don’t worry) 3. Airfryer Croque Monsieur 🇫🇷 (Ham & Cheese Toastie)   529 Calories    Now this is a quick and easy lunch that I’ll never get tired of. So easy and so tasty!    Ingredients:    - 2 slices white bread (I used a tiger loaf)  - 1 slice of good quality ham   - 30g mozzarella, grated  - 30g reduced fat cheese, grated   - 2-3 tbsp bechamel sauce (Use it on a day you’re making lasagne) - 1 tsp Dijon mustard     Method:    1. Add 1 tbsp bechamel sauce to your bread, top with some grated mozzarella and cheddar. Add your ham, then spread some Dijon mustard to your second slice of bread. Close then top the toastie with another tablespoon of bechamel sauce and more cheese.   2. Slowcooker Pork Satay Noodles 🍜 (Serves 4, 655 Calories)   This recipe is a good reason to use your slowcooker for batch cooking or meal prep. Link in bio 📕    Ingredients:  - 500g pork fillet (cut into strips)   - 1 onion, diced  - Handful of beansprouts  - 5-6 leaves of Pak Choi  - 4 garlic cloves, grated  - 3 tbsp peanut butter  - 2 tbsp soy sauce  - Juice of one lime  - 2 tbsp honey  - 2.5cm fresh ginger, grated (I used 1 tsp frozen)  - 1 tbsp sesame oil   - 1 red chilli, sliced  - 300g egg noodles  - 1 tin 400ml reduced fat coconut milk - Chopped peanuts and spring onions to garnish    Method:  1. Cut your pork into strips and dice your onion, then pop all the ingredients above into the slow cooker apart from your noodles, coconut milk and garnishes  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours  (For the last few minutes add in your bean sprouts and pak choi allowing to soften) 3. When ready, cook your noodles in a pan with boiling water for a few minutes and when cooked transfer into the Slowcooker and give it a good stir  4. Slowcooker Butter Chicken 🧈🍗 (Serves 5   544 Calories including 100g portion of rice)     A stunning curry to batch cook or meal prep in your Slowcooker. Minimal effort and helps make the midweek meals less stressful. Ingredients:  - 1kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs   - 50g lower fat butter  - 1 onion, chopped  - 2 tablespoons tomato paste  - 2 tablespoons garlic paste  - 2 tablespoons ginger paste  - 1 tsp paprika  - 1/2 tsp chilli powder  - 1-2 tablespoon garam masala  - 1 tbsp curry powder of choice  - 1 tsp cumin  - 1 tsp coriander  - Salt and pepper  - 400g (one tin) chopped tomatoes  - 100ml chicken stock  - 4-5 tbsp fat free yogurt to stir in   Serve with:  100g basmati rice pp, add more rice if you like Fresh coriander     Method:  1. Cut your chicken into small bitesize pieces and throw into the slow cooker with all the ingredients above. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.   2. Serves 6 337 Calories Ingredients: - 3 chicken breasts  - 2-3 celery sticks, chopped  - 2-3 carrots, chopped  - 1 onion, chopped  - 6 Maris piper potatoes, peeled and cubed  - Handful of fresh thyme - 1 tsp dried rosemary  - 1 tsp dried parsley  - 1 bay leaf  - 3 garlic cloves - Salt and pepper   - 1L chicken stock  - 100ml double cream - Fresh chives, to garnish  - 6 cooked chopped bacon rashers, to garnish (optional)  Method: 1. Chop your vegetables into small cubes and pop into the slowcooker with all the ingredients above apart from the cream, chives and bacon 2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Then slightly mash some of the potatoes in the pot so it thickens the soup (Add cornflour if you want it thicker) 3. Slowcooker Mini Egg Chocolate Fondant 🍫  (Serves 6)   Your new Mini Egg Easter obsession. Recipe is from my book Six Ingredient Slowcooker but with a twist… using MINI EGGS 🥚🍫     Ingredients:   - 100g butter, melted  - 150g soft light brown sugar   - 4 eggs, beaten   - 250g self-raising flour   - 20g cocoa powder   - x2 bags of mini eggs (160g)     For the chocolate sauce:  - 275ml boiling water  - 60g chocolate   - 150g brown sugar     To serve:   Vanilla Ice Cream    More mini eggs (if you like)     Method:     1. Grease your slowcooker with some butter then melt 100 grams of butter n the microwave for 1 minute and set aside.  2. Sift your flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl, and add 150g of your brown sugar, 4 eggs and 100g melted butter. Mix using whisk until well combined.  3. Add 3-4 tbsp of water to help loosen the consistency.  4. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and add 1 bag of mini eggs inside the mixture.   5. Melt 60g of chocolate (feel free to use up any leftover Easter eggs for this) and mix with 150g of brown sugar and 280ml of boiling water in a jug.   6. Pour the chocolate liquid all over the cake, cover the slowcooker with a clean tea towel and place on the lid, and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.   7. Add 1-2 bags of crushed mini eggs to the top of the fondant for decoration and get stuck in  Enjoy :)

Airfryer Protein Bagels 🥯     Easy high protein bagels full of the good stuff. Made with a simple dough of flour and yogurt. Recipe makes 4 bagels      Ingredients:  - 200g self-raising flour  - 275g 0% fat Greek yogurt   - 1 egg wash   - Everything bagel seasoning (if you don’t have this feel free to use sesame seeds or poppy seeds)     For the filling:   - 1 avocado   - 4 boiled eggs   - 2 tbsp cottage cheese   - Handful Spring onion   - Handful Basil   - 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes   - 1/2 Lemon, juiced   - Salt and pepper   - Pinch of dill (optional)      Method:   1. To a bowl, add your flour and Greek yoghurt and give it a good mix with a fork (or feel free to use your hands)   2. Roll the dough and shape into a ball then cut into four even pieces. Roll and make a long sausage shape then make a circle, making sure to pinch the edges so they form together.   3. Cover the bagels in egg wash and sprinkle over some seeds. I used everything bagel seasoning but poppy seeds or sesame seeds would work well here.   4. Airfry for 18 minutes at 180 5. While that is cooking, prepare your filling by mixing together the ingredients above (minus the dill).   6. Once the bagels are cooked, cut in half and then add a couple of spoonfuls of your filling and get stuck in

Yorkshire Pudding Burrito with Bangers, Mash & Gravy Serves 2 (Half a burrito each)   These are epic. There’s a restaurant in Belfast sells these on a Sunday and they are magnificent. Last time I had this I made it with roast beef     Ingredients:  Yorkshire pudding:  - 140g of plain flour  - 4 eggs  - 180ml milk  - Salt  - 3-4 tbsp olive oil    For serving:  - 6 thick cut pork sausages   - 1 onion, sliced   - Fresh thyme  - Salt  - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce  - Mash  - Onion or beef gravy    Method:  1. Add olive oil to a deep dish and pop it into the oven for 15 minutes at 200
 2. While the oil is heating up, prepare your Yorkshire pudding mix by adding flour, eggs, milk and salt to a bowl and giving that a good whisk until nice and smooth 
 3. Once the oil is ready, add your Yorkshire pudding mix to the dish and pop back into the oven for 25 minutes at 200 (Do not open or the Yorkshire won’t rise) 
 4. Add your sausages to the airfryer for 15 minutes at 200 then start preparing your onion gravy by frying some onions in some butter with salt, pepper, thyme and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. You can prepare your own gravy by using beef stock and a bit of cornflour to thicken, I was lazy and added some prepared gravy from M&S.  
 5. Airfryer Meal Prep, Loaf Tin Chicken (Serves 5 - 6)   The ultimate meal prep costing £2.78 per portion including rice and sauce. This could also be used as a sandwich filler or for wraps. These rice bowls are a fav of mine.   Ingredients:  - 1kg chicken thighs  - 1 lemon, squeezed  - 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt  - 2 tbsp Harissa paste  - Salt and pepper  - 2 tsp oregano  - 2 tsp garlic powder  - 2 tsp Cajun    Serve with:  - 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes, chopped  - Sprinkle of fresh coriander  - 1/6 cucumber  - 150g basmati or jasmine rice    For the sauce:  - 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt  - 2 tbsp Sriracha   - Juice of one lime     Method:    1. Add your chicken thighs to a bowl with the seasonings/spices above. Mix well.  2. Grab a loaf tin and layer it with the marinated chicken thighs. Pop in the air fryer for 35 minutes at 190. Halfway through be sure to cover in tinfoil to stop the top from burning.   3. Once cooked, drain the excess juices before chopping the chicken into small pieces.  4. Airfryer Burrito Bowl 🌮   AD   If you love burritos, you need to try this deconstructed burrito bowl with cubed potatoes instead of rice. I used the Air Fryer Spray from Frylight to crisp up the cubed potatoes and to coat the chicken.   Ingredients For the potatoes: 500g potatoes Air Fryer Spray from @‌FrylightHQ 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning Salt and pepper   For the chicken: 500g boneless chicken thigh Air Fryer Spray from @‌FrylightHQ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Juice of a lime   For the salsa: 250g cherry tomatoes, diced 1 red onion, diced 1 jalapeño, diced Coriander, finely chopped Juice of 1/2 lime Salt   For the guacamole: 1 avocado, mashed Coriander, finely chopped Garlic powder Salt and pepper   Method: 1. Pop your chicken thighs in a food bag with Cajun seasoning and some Air Fryer Spray from @‌FrylightHQ. Leave to marinate for one hour in the fridge.
 2. Cut your potatoes into small bitesize chunks and add to a bowl with some Air Fryer Spray from @‌FrylightHQ, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Give that a good mix.
 3. Airfry your potatoes for 22 minutes at 200. If you have two drawers, open one drawer when the time has 14 minutes left and pop your chicken thighs in it. That way, the airfryer is nice at hot giving the chicken a nice char.
 4. While the potatoes and chicken are cooking, prepare a quick salsa by chopping your red onion and cherry tomatoes. Add a handful of coriander, juice of 1 lime, salt and pepper. You can also make a quick guacamole by mashing one avocado with some coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
 5. When the chicken and potatoes are finished cooking, assemble the bowl by adding some potatoes and chicken to a bowl.
