I can't believe my little boy is 19 now. Where did the time go? 💔 Currently very emotional writing this because I remember the night Anthony first came to me. I told him he can call me Mister Peter and the first thing he asked was "can I call you dad?" From there, we connected instantly. No words can describe how l've been so proud of him. So happy and supportive of him. How great he's been with the kids especially the foster placements we get. It's finally time for that talk.. 🩷 When I first became a foster dad, moments like these terrified me which discouraged me to not take in girls. I didn't know much what a girl would want. I didn't marry, I was single and my sisters were across the country so l had no knowledge. Let alone try to take care of a girl. That all changed very quickly when I met Isabella. She grew me into a better father. She educated me while I was still learning. I thank the Lord everyday that she's my daughter. But... she's not my little girl anymore and I realize my role as a father is to protect her. So thanks to the help of my amazing village moms and @Pinkie - I was able to give her the proper education on what to do if she ever gets her monthly.
