Post-Protest Ritual (seal the container): 🔸Re-establish a sense of physical and psychological safety (however that is available to you). Determine your needs for solitude versus social connection. 🔸Debrief on the experience. Express/discharge emotions and tension (cry, walk, nap, scream in a pillow...). 🔸Recharge (however available), even if briefly.
