Уже третий сезон, как я закатываю огурчики по этому рецепту😋 Вкусны до невозможности! И ни одна баночка не взлетела👌 Даю рецепт на две трехлитровые банки: Огурцы хорошо мою, отрезаю с двух сторон кончики, укладываю в банку, заливаю кипятком на 15 мин, затем эту воду выливаю. На чистой воде готовлю маринад. На 3 л воды - 4 ст.л. соли, 200 г сахара, когда закипит, добавляю 1 ст.л. уксусной эссенции 70%. Перед тем как заливать огурцы маринадом, добавляю в каждую банку 3 л по 4 столовые ложки измельченного чеснока. Заливаю маринадом, закатываю переворачиваю и укутываю. В этом сезоне огурцы меня очень радуют, ещё можно сказать сезон не наступил, а я уже на пару зим вперед поназакатывала. Сажаю проверенные гибриды и хорошо кормлю. Посадила я их в этом сезоне с Цимусом для овощей (артикул WB: 287624380, артикул Озон: 1767888841), он содержит элитный биогумус и цеолит с полезными бактериями, огурцам такое питание явно пришлось по вкусу. Дополнительно я их подкармливаю Аминоцимусом универсальным (артикул WB: 250987998, артикул Озон: 1665436032), проливаю под корень раз в 7-10 дней. Это полноценное питание, которое быстро усваивается растениями, благодаря этому они так обильно плодоносят. Расход у него очень экономичный, небольшого флакона хватает аж на 250 л👌
